Donald Trump has promised everything and delivered nothing but chaos. Wars without exit strategies. Financial hardship without a way out. Immigration policies tearing families apart. He spent ten years promising a healthcare plan that never came. The plan is always coming. It is never here.
This is not a healthcare story. It is a Trump story. The pattern is the same on every issue he has ever touched.
He promised to end the Ukraine war in 24 hours. It is still going. He promised to lower prices on day one. Prices went up. He promised to drain the swamp and filled it with billionaires and a TV doctor running Medicare. He promised to reduce the national debt and added trillions to it. He promised to bring manufacturing back and started a tariff war that crashed the economy without producing a single new factory. He promised to make Iran pay and started a war instead — and is now negotiating a nuclear deal weaker than the one he spent years destroying.
As recently as November 2025 JD Vance was teasing a great healthcare plan coming together, saying he didn’t want to get ahead of the President. The President has been in office for a decade across two terms. The plan is still coming together. It is always coming together. It is never here.
This is not incompetence. Incompetence produces failed plans. Trump produces no plans. There is a difference. A failed plan leaves evidence of intent. No plan leaves nothing — no blueprint, no timeline, no accountability, no way to measure the failure because there was never a standard to fail against.
The concept of a plan is not a plan. It is an excuse dressed as a promise. Ten years of excuses dressed as promises while premiums doubled, wars started, and the debt climbed. The man has never had a plan. He has had a performance. And America has been paying for the tickets.
